More on the Salehoo Scam Question
Is Salehoo a scam? If you are wondering whether or not selling goods, or dropshipping wholesale goods can be profitable, then you have probably seen the Salehoo site and wondered it is legitimate.
You may have even read some the natter about Salehoo being a scam, and if you Google “salehoo scam,” you will uncover many sites devoted to that subject.
I have looked into this and it appears that most of the scam talk comes from primarily two sources. First and most important, Terry Gibbs, who apparently has a grudge against Salehoo stemming from an argument several years ago over a product Salehoo was introducing to help analyze eBay niches. Check out salehoosucks.com for the so-called dirt. However, after going through the site and forum, read the open letter published on salehoo-scam.com. The second source of the scam talk, in my opinion, comes from disgruntled former members who joined because they thought Salehoo would provide the means to get rich quick. Salehoo is not a click-it-rich-overnight gimmick and nor does it promise quick riches or, for that matter, any level of income at all. Salehoo helps provide leads and contacts to product distributors and even a bit of help with product sourcing education.
As for myself, I am a paid member of Salehoo and have used the forum and directory resources and do not as of yet feel as if I’ve been scammed. Personally, I feel that Salehoo delivers on its promise and that the $67 one-time membership fee is well spent. At any rate, you can evaluate the very understated sales pitch here:
