Finding a Wholesale Dropship Distributor
I’m pretty excited! Finding a wholesale product distributor just got a lot easier! In addtion to advice, suggestions, and opinions on the general state of buying wholesale goods for the micro business, I also like to share some of the results of my research.
Now, I’ve already given away the goods on DBL and WYNIT. In case you haven’t read that post, these are two of the major electronics wholesale distributors for the U.S. You do have to set up an account and have your sales tax permit in order. Do a search on Google; they are the real deal, and I hope you are interested in the real deal But that’s just a reminder, not the tonight’s tip.
The Tip
You have likely never heard of this product distributor. You probably wouldn’t have unless you attend the trade shows, or do your research on one or more the real wholesale directory and forum sites, such as Salehoo. Tonight’s tip is I. Lehrhoff & Company at www.ilehrhoff.com. They distribute products from a wide variety of manufacturers, such as, General Electric, Hamilton Beach, Kitchen Aid, Mr. Coffee, Panasonic, and Sunbeam. This is really worth checking out. Do it!
Ok, I was just checking in on the Salehoo forum–man, if you want tips, this is certainly one of the places to be. Salehoo is now brokering closeout goods from name retailers (such as Macy’s), but doing so in small lots. That means you buy small lots at the low closeout price usually given only to purchases of really big lots.

On a post tonight, someone gave up the URL of an iPod supplier. I was impressed. But listen, I know the thought wholesale iPods might make you drool, but the profit margin on these things is so slim, you really have to be dedicated to selling these things to make any money.
