A recurring, nagging question that is on many readers’ minds and that keeps coming back to us is, how do find wholesale goods to sell online?
Now, this website, this blog, is really about the answer to that question. If you are searching out dropshippers for eBay or wholesale dropshipper programs, you can find some of the better known programs by following the links. However, I will mention again that these kinds of dropship product sources may not work for eBay. Even though the product prices are generally pretty good, they are not low enough to overcome

- the intense competition from other sellers
These kinds of sites may be very good, however, for your own ecommerce businesses. However, you will be in charge of optimizing the site for search engine visibility and for all other promotion so that people come to the site and buy. But that is true of any business. These sites and programs won’t sell the products themselves.
Are there any dropshippers that work with eBay? Well, keep in mind that “officially” dropshipping is against eBay Terms of Service (TOS). Then again, many people are dropshipping products sold on eBay. Also, Doba, one of the better known and more expensive “wholesale” dropship product programs, is owned by eBay, so I’m not sure how much stock we can put in the TOS. Even I have dropshipped products sold on eBay, though I was using WYNIT, a major, ultra reliable, distributor of consumer electronics.
Nevertheless, keeping in mind the two points above, are there any dropship programs, any at all that could work with eBay? As I’ve written recently–another recurring theme–about the workability of wholesale dropship programs, you must give careful thought to what products you want to sell in order to figure out whether these could be sold for a profit on eBay. Well, dropshipping might work, but keep in mind that you may have to work out a dropshipping agreement with a particular manufacturer for a particular product or product line. And that is one of the true secrets of how dropshipping works. The hard truth regarding dropshipping and eBay is that you will probably not be able to make a profit with “cookie cutter” dropshipping programs such as Doba or dropshipdesign.com. This is my opinion, and if you can make these programs work on eBay, more power to you.
